Welcome to Lindsay Echo Photography

I am an all-round, do-it-all kind of photographer, born and raised in Alberta, Canada. Although I do enjoy taking portraits and commercial photos, my passion lies within landscape and nature photography, especially when I put my 60mm f2.8 macro lens onto my camera. Macro photography is one of my favorite things to shoot and view.

During May and June 2010, I had the opportunity to spend 2 months in the United States on a very long, yet very beautiful road trip. I managed to capture some amazing landscapes from the western side of the United States (including Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, California and Oregon), though it wasn`t hard as these places are naturally stunning. A few of my favorite places were Arches National Park (Utah), The Grand Canyon (Arizona), Joshua Tree National Park (Southern California) and Yosemite National Park (Northern California). The coast along Oregon was especially amazing with the sea lions basking in the sun on the beach and the turqouise ocean water constantly crashing against sea cliffs along the highway.
